I have been a Denny’s franchisee since 1994, and it was our privilege to have Frank as our Franchise Business Leader (FBL) for a number of years. In my opinion, Frank is a great asset to our Brand and was definitely one of the best FBLs we ever worked with. He was the liaison between the franchisees in his region and Denny’s, Inc. More importantly, he worked diligently as part of our team to set priorities and goals then planned and strategized to get the best results.
