Graduate Research Assistant

Aug 2020 - Feb 2021
During the Fall 2020 Semester, I joined a UNC research team that examined the response to the COVID-19 by a network of federally funded manufacturing extension centers in the United States. The project identified centers that used state or federal support to amplify strategic goals (such as improving working conditions, innovation, etc.) at small and medium sized manufacturing firms. The research helped inform how services were delivered to enhance manufacturing resilience and worker livelihoods. My contribution culminated in a profile package that documented the response to COVID for manufacturing extension centers in each state. Show less
