Brennan Kelly
I was fortunate to work with Rachel at Greenwich Education Group where she tutored students in standardized tests including the SAT and ACT as well as SSAT and ISEE tests for students applying to independent high schools. Rachel is passionate about helping students succeed. She quickly identified students' strengths and development areas, creating customized tutoring plans to help students reach their goals. Rachel was very knowledgeable about the tests and the strategies students needed to learn to optimize their test performance. She was patient, warm, and encouraging, which always made students feel comfortable. Rachel's generous spirit coupled with her great ability to communicate ideas made her a terrific tutor. I highly recommend her as someone who always brings out the best in those around her.

I meet Rachel while working as the Managing Director of the Huntington Learning center, Westport. While I observed many outstanding qualities that Rachel possesses the one that stood out the most was her ability to mange. She was the Lead Teacher at the center when I arrived and as I watched her work I saw that the position was a perfect fit for her. She was well versed in all needs of the center, not only managing the center all day Sunday's (a large undertaking alone) she also managed the students needs exceptionally. Rachel also was capable of working with other teachers and handled their needs with ease. Rachel is an outstanding professional that can work through the smallest tasks and handle larger in house concerns. Her pose and professionalism is a gift to the center. I am confident Rachel's skills at HLC can be versatile to many different avenues in business/teaching/and beyond.
