Joe was my boss and mentor when I first got into web development. I worked for him at Clusterflunk and Pi App over a two year span. Having Joe as a boss was extremely beneficial to me because he had such a diverse understanding of web apps and was always looking to pass on as much of his knowledge as he could. He was very approachable and was always happy to help me when I had questions. Another great quality of Joe was his ability to judge where my level of understanding was on certain topics so he could assign me tasks that would challenge me and further my growth as a developer. I am very grateful for the time I was able to spend working for and learning from Joe, he is an extremely talented developer and a great boss.

He lead the development process of our BackboneJS & Pyramid stack while working directly with me on the product design. Joe and I spoke the same language when it came to design, which is rare, but I believe his consistent positive attitude and sound business-mind make him a liked and valued asset to any team.
