Jason is an incredible leader that I was privileged to work alongside. His leadership style is one that empowers, motivates and keeps his teams successful and driving toward goal. He has a very positive attitude in all situations, is a great listener, collaborator and really takes the time to think and act strategically with feedback. He is the definition of a leader vs a boss and gets into the trenches with his team to understand issues and generate positive results. This is further proven by the strategic moves he made in the Mid-Market territories, which led the team, finishing the year with historical record numbers. Jason assisted me with a few very strategic wins in the year, which led me to receiving a Rookie of the Year award in just 6 months. You will never catch Jason not following through with what he says he will do as he takes the time to prioritize and act on urgent matters. Any company and team would be lucky to have Jason on board.
