Penny is a fantastic executive coach with a unique ability to read people's personalities and how they can affect team dynamics and outcomes of a business. She is highly commercial and gets results even after spending only 5 minutes with someone! She's passionate, understanding as well as being a finisher - she does not allow the detail to cloud what needs to be completed. Working with Penny is a huge learning experience, yet she doesn't make you feel like you're learning. You find a unique ability to reflect on her words after the discussion.
