I have worked with Bert for more than 10 years at TE Connectivity of which a few years as his direct supervisor. I know him as a very dependable senior engineer with a strong systematical approach to the product development process. He has a rare combination of the creativity to come up with new concepts and diligence to work through the nitty-gritty details to ensure long term quality of the products. In project team situations he shows leadership as a chief engineer, directing and developing junior engineers and designers.
