John has been my Guru for the "Train-the Trainer" at Misys. From him I learned all the intricacies of training as well training trainers. He fought me how humour, encouragement, positive critique could all be used to advance and engage participants even in the most dry subject areas. I thank him for his guidance which had a major impact on my career and to date count on the knowledge and experience gained. I wish him well and success always.

John was enthusiastic, dedicated and hard working. His tenacity led to his selection out of all the senior consultants to an appointment responsible for development of MidasPlus courseware and documentation. John put together a small team of well-regarded individuals who created the optimum solution to build and deliver high quality User Guides and Course Materials for 11 key core components of MidasPlus at that time. This led to both to a significant revenue stream and increased customer satisfaction through improved product use.
