I have known Scott Sands for the last year and a half. What I appreciate about Scott is his attention to detail, and his thorough knowledge of the regulations that govern each project. Scott is the consummate team member working with each design professional on the project, making sure we deliver the client a project that meets their time frame and budget. Scott and I recently completed a project together for an Assited Living Center in New Bremen, OH. I have also worked with Scott's company on several other projects, and we continue to pursue work together.

My first expereince with Scott was on a major school construction project starting in 1999. Scott's solution for the campus layout was excellent. Since then, I have worked with Scott on numerous educational, civic, and commercial projects. He is a good listener and pays attention to his clients goals for a project. He does a good job of addressing the project needs in a creative and cost effective manner.
