Implementation of the procurement off shore model (overseas, centralized in Brazil), 95% of goods, 80% of services and 100% of inventory planning centralized in Brazil, resulting in an average purchase lead time decrease of 20%, productivity increase by 140% and reducing expenses per capita. Management routine having regular performance meetings and daily KPIs follow-up (SLAs above 80%, high productivity and saving up to 10%). Oversea experience in Canada, on a fly in / fly out 12-month period, leading a local group of 23 employees in order to turn around the local model of procurement.
