My primary role is to lead the shift team for my assigned business unit. I lead and direct unit process personnel to drive the refinery operation and to achieve production targets in a safe, reliable and environmentally responsible manner. I work with the Refinery and Unit Superintendent to optimize the unit operation and achieve production targets and controlling unit conditions through advanced control systems and directing unit operators to ensure all parameters are within established operating envelops. I also develop and monitor operator training, performance and behavior by recognizing and reinforcing positive performance and behavior. If needed, I provide coaching and address performance and behavior issues.

Delmae Properties is a California based real estate investment company. We are constantly searching for properties that are unique opportunities. Most are either underperforming or undervalued assets that we restore to their best use and highest potential value. Our principle focus is distressed single family properties however, we also pursue multi-family, condominium conversions, raw land development, and commercial properties. We hope to create multiple "win" situations on each transaction. We provide a "win" for the end user of the property because they have a location that has been completely renovated that they can occupy comfortably. We provide a "win" for the previous owner of the property because they no longer have the burden of managing a property that is not satisfying. We provide a "win" for our investors by providing excellent returns on their capital.
