  My main responsibility was to lead, motivate and manage a team of Census Officers tasked with encouraging householders in my assigned area to complete their Census 2021 online questionnaire. I onboarded and inducted Field Officers, oversaw training and assisted them with any difficulties, helped settle them into their role, provided logistical support, encouragement and motivation and undertook performance observations both in the field and through data analysis. I held weekly 121 and team meetings to update officers on new directives from Census HQ as the operation progressed. I worked with a wider group of team leaders and reported to an area manager. I volunteered and took on responsibility for two teams due to a shortage of Team Leaders. Both teams achieved the 94% target compliance rate ahead of schedule.
