  Jim is a member of Bain’s Global Private Equity practice. He works with clients on commercial due diligence assignments in a variety of industries, and supports them with fund strategy and performance improvement of their portfolio companies. Jim is also a member of Bain’s Technology, Media and Telecoms practice, working on a wide variety of assignments, including strategy, customer experience improvement, and R&D strategy. In addition to his consulting responsibilities, Jim plays an active role in Bain's worldwide training and has served as program manager and trainer for various corporate training programs.
