Supervision of complaint disposal against federal agencies, administration of the Ombudsman Secretariat, overseeing implementation of decisions of the Ombudsman, coordination with federal ministries and President's Secretariat. In this capacity envisaged a new Complaint Management MIS and successfully Oversaw development and launch of the MIS. The MIS was funded under the Access to Justice Program of the Asian Development Bank. Initiated capacity building and human resource development program of the Ombudsman offices of the Asian Ombudsman Association with the assistance of UNDP. Conducted deliberation of the Board of Directors and General Body meetings of the Association in Vietnam and Tehran. Presented paper on "Strengthening the Role of Ombudsman as a Tool of Alternative Dispute Resolution" in Bishkik, Kyrgyzstan at the Regional Ombudsman Conference. As Principal Accounting Officer of the Organization controlled Operational and Development budget. Also, prepared budget documents for the Board of Governors of the Asian Ombudsman Association.
