  Conceptualized and developed a classroom system of more than 17K highly effective, hands-on STEM lessons and 400+ thematic, standards-based curriculum units used by 470K students world-wide. Led company through consistent, profitable expansion, included domestic and global sourcing and distribution sites. • Grew organization to 12 staff members and oversaw talent acquisition. • Raised more than $1.5M in grant funding on behalf of schools for new STEM initiatives. • Quickly responded to COVID-19 by launching online integration templates and professional development focused on adapting to remote and hybrid instruction. Development and launch of Shopify ecommerce site in 2020 to make resources more accessible. • Designed and opened new optimized distribution center in 2019 and improved inventory organization resulting in increased warehouse productivity. Reduced QC errors by 95% by refining the fulfillment and Quality Control (QC) measures. • Designed employee incentive program in 2019 increasing warehouse productivity by 80%. • Hired Chinese contractor and developed a Shenzhen consolidation center in 2018. This resulted in 20% savings on components already sourced from China as well as 75% savings on future components. • Added new clients and partnerships in Canada, Philippines, Iraq, Ethiopia, and South Sudan in 2018, dramatically expanding Company’s international presence. • Launched STEM2 regional initiative in 2013 to support teacher-level standards adoption and won sponsorship from Gordon College, the Governor’s STEM Council, and State Politicians. (300+ communities represented) • Oversaw the production and launch of 5 different customer-facing platforms and managed the overall marketing strategy and reach of KnowAtom’s programs. • Created a psychographic model for new inbound lead targeting in 2016 and developed the market segmentation and inbound lead strategy.
