      Dr. Walter Nieri gave me the opportunity to follow him around and shadow him in his work space. He is a geriatrician that is also a program director for a residency program through Banner Health. I attended the basic geriatric lectures with the residents and fellows and also attended multi-disciplinary rounds with the residents, fellows, and 2 geriatric doctors.
