I collaborate with the HISD cluster of schools as the Director of the Marching and Concert Bands. Strengthen partnerships and involvement with the Fine Arts programs at the middle and elementary schools to organizing special events. Oversee the band budgeting, interpret data, organize fundraising events, coordinate procurement of supplies and equipment, and manage instrument inventory, a music library, and various uniforms. Evaluate instruction and teaching. Boost enrollment by coordinating events in music and fine arts, promoting elementary and middle school goals and objectives. Direct and arrange music to match various competitions or presentations while serving as the HISD High School Band Fine Arts PLC Facilitator and the Professional Development Presenter. I spearheaded activities for high school instrumental performers, including marching band, orchestra, concert band, soloists, and ensembles, allowing me to oversee the BISD cluster of schools as the Director of the marching and concert bands.
