Nikhil is one of the most valuable people I have ever worked with. He is proactive, energetic and very well organized. He sets very high expectations for himself and his team that not only results in perfection but also ensures the best is being brought out of every individual in the team. I always tell him that he has a futuristic vision to see the benefits and passion to turn that into measurable results for the team. He is very ambitious and an expert at what he does. He always takes time for his team and constantly provides them with valuable suggestions that help the team in improving their quality. Whenever I was stuck with a problem, both professionally and personally, there has never been a time he has left me without a solution. He has been a very effective influencer for my career and am sure many can resonate my views. There is no doubt that he will continue to achieve greater heights and he is an asset to any management. I have always admired Nikhil for what he is, An Ambitious, Infectious and phenomenonal motivator right from our Vodafone days. He always brings in a different perspective and approach to address the "Elephant in the Room". He has been and will be the "Go to Guy" for the Team and for the Management for any kind of problem under the sun. Nikhil has been really helpful when our roads crossed again at Positive Integers. His constructive feedbacks on approaches and frameworks for Problem solving has really aided in enhancing my skill. It has been a great rewarding experience working with him, as he makes you challenge the odds and makes you dream bigger.
