My specialty is electronics design using Altium Designer (architecture, schematics capture, PCB routing, BOM management, etc), tightly collaborating with product design, mechanical and firmware engineers to ensure the highest standards of quality, usability and cost for our products. My previous experience gave me extensive knowledge of the full stack of IoT product development, which proves to be invaluable for ensuring all team members and clients are able to work together at full capacity to deliver the best possible solutions. I'm the person in charge of the design and implementation of electronic devices & firmware. I'm able to adapt to the tools and requirements of the customer, and so I have no problem working with virtually any technology: BLE SoC (nRF52, Dialog Semi, STM32), generic MCU (ATSAMD21/51), WiFi SoC (ESP32), LoRa (SX127X...), etc. I also have manual soldering skills since we're used to prototype a lot in our lab. I am also in charge of system administration (physical servers, Google Cloud, AWS) and backend software (Node.js, PHP, Django). When the group switched focus from integration of third-party devices and services to the development of their own devices, I was in charge of the design and implementation of both hardware and firmware for the proofs of concept and protoypes of those devices, mostly using ARM Cortex M4 (ST Microelectronics & Nordic Semiconductor BLE mictrocontrollers) and Atmel/Arduino architectures.
