I work on different projects with cross-functional teams (Dev, design, QA etc) during the project life cycle. I worked with different tech stacks including NodeJS, PHP, C# (DotNet Core), Python, AWS, GCP and frontend frameworks (VueJS, ReactJS, NextJS). I worked with different clients including start-ups and enterprise clients at different stages during my tenure at CC. My role includes working with clients at early stage during requirement gathering and with strategy and design teams to create the design for approval from the client. Coming up with project architecture and standards, and creating the Project management plan. Then working with the team to execute, finalize and deliver the project. I also worked with clients to implement, monitor, and get certified in SOC2 and HIPPA.

I worked on the internal campus management solution of LGS (the premier school system in Pakistan). I lead a small team and worked on different modules in Java, Javascript (nodeJS, and VueJS), and PHP. I lead all project management activities from requirement gathering to deployment of the project module. I was also communicating with external vendors including banking systems for smooth execution and mapping of business processes to IT. We implemented online fee payments and LMS during Covid.

After being promoted, I managed team of 40+ resources across different disciplines including Web, Android, iOS, Set-top-box, Smart TVs, UI/UX, SQA. Apart from offering technical guidance to the team member, my role also included communication with stack holders, estimations, release management, & task assignments. I possess following additional roles in this organization including SCRUM master, Project manager, Solution Architect, recruitment head, AWS Cloud Engineer.I architected and oversaw implementation and successful deployment of cloud native OTT solution which was able to handle 2+ million users/day, as well direct reporting and integration with studio for direct content and statistic (reports) transfer. I architected a system which reduced ingestion and encoding costs by 40%.As I DM I lead development of application for web, CMS, APIs, iOS, Android, STB, TVs (Samsung, LG and Panasonic).I lead the development of company’s shift from Video Streaming to Sports Entertainment solution, where we developed systems for Sports data and analytics, Live channel streaming, Radio and Music support in our applications. I also oversaw deployments and management of different client deployments in Newzeland, Australia, Philippine, Indonesia, Germany, Nigeria, Brazil, and USA.I also developed different POC systems including “UAV (Drone) Traffic management Solution”, “Grocery App” and “LAN based OTT solution”.
