Enterprise Systems Consultant - Implementation of ERP systems: The project included the implementation of an ERP-system (Visma Business), with the aim of developing and streamlining the business's financial and logistics processes. The assignment consisted of, among other things, a prestudy and process mapping, user training, migration of data from the customer's legacy system to the new ERP solution, registry maintenance and parameterization, and finally Go-Live with subsequent startup and support. Individual effort: Tim relieved ordinary consultants at Direktkonsult through the entire implementation project. He participated in user training at the customer, developed user manuals for various processes in the system, cleansed and migrated data (customer, supplier- and holding register, and transaction data) from the source system to the target system, and performed customer adaptations and parameterization in the ERP-system. The adjustments that were made were, for example, about the design of reports in the ERP-system, and the parameter set consisted, among other things, of the setting of distribution keys for automatic cost distribution in accounting processes. IT Consulting - Web editor and web developer: The project was divided into two separate parts. Firstly, an e-mail template was designed, with the aim of getting a uniform and good-looking template for advertising campaigns. The second part of the project consisted of developing a new website, where a requirement specification and visual vision were produced together with the client party. The website was then developed in the CMS system Wordpress. Individual effort: Tim worked independently with both parts of the project, which required close contact with the client. He worked creatively to find solutions that were both visually appealing and consistent with the client's requirements and needs.
