My affiliation with IATSE goes back decades, and continues to serve as a solid platform for ongoing professional development. In addition to the predictable array of work I get to do with them, I have the honor of being elected to the Vice Presidency of Local 18, and the distinction of being appointed as the examiner for the Electrics department. I continue to support the work, the cause and the belief that together we can do more. I get to work in a fantastic venue with a truly tremendous team doing interesting work serving outstanding artists and clients. I look forward to getting fully dialed into this new role with a good balance of service to my teammates and our guests, alongside design and direction opportunities supporting artists who travel without. Have worked tirelessly to support the realization of the artistic vision of many designers through the course of 9 seasons worth of productions (so far!) The list includes musicals, period pieces and close to everything in between. I function primarily as Master Electrician in the Quadracci Powerhouse, but have worked in all spaces the Rep performs in across all department lines, including deck, automation and video. Additionally, I have the honor of serving as the Steward to the crew, with functions that include payroll, contract negotiations and HR support.

Had the privilege of getting to work with the designer who inspired much of what has happened for the past 30+ years and pick up the reins for a couple weeks as LD for this great Artist. Got to shoehorn this rig into a couple venues it didn't belong while working with a great team and some fantastic locals in US and Canada. Worked closely with creative team to support webcasts and live performances, making substantial changes from inception to completion of the project. Projects included touring for event marketing firms, tours for musical artists, installations of retail and institutional spaces.
