Vicki is a thought leader in social media and social CRM – her vision, leadership, and aptitude to push the boundaries of social media marketing sets her apart as a marketing executive at one of the most recognized brands in the world (Jeep). Vicki was involved from program inception, implementation, and social measurement. As a result of the program, we quantified the value of consumer to consumer sharing (earned media) for the Jeep brand as well as identified thousands of Jeep social influencers. Notwithstanding the achievement above, Vicki is passionate about her job and great to work with.
