Shortly after Tanya joined our team, an opportunity arose that not many would really want to take on, complete responsibility for all things Amazon. I convinced Tanya that her skills and dedication would be great attributes to succeeding. She jumped in with both feet and immersed herself into the role. In past, we always had at least two team members assigned. With the assistance of our IT department we streamlined the processes and eliminated the bottlenecks to allow her total responsibility. Her tireless determination allowed us to meet our daily metrics and offered us the chance to take on even larger projects for Amazon. In all, without Tanya, we would not have been able to fulfill our pledge. Tanya will be a great asset to any team she decides to join. I wish her the best in her future endeavors.

      On a day-to-day basis, I provide an oversight of Amazon Stock, Amazon Canada, and EDI accounts.
