As a member of the facility leadership and management team, the Lean Analyst/HR Partner role works to support all operational goals and metrics, including, but not limited to: continuous improvement, quality, staffing, on-time performance, sales, spending, and customer satisfaction. HR partner responsibilities include managing local HR duties and working with Regional HR Manager as a support team member. As local support, this role works with hiring managers to source candidates, recruit, interview, and select top talent. The position also applies knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and advises leadership. The responsibility of employee and guest (customers, suppliers, etc.) events, working with third party vendors and business partners is also expected. Budgeting and planning for special events will be in partnership with finance and purchasing teams. The HR partner is expected to manage recognition and appreciation programs. Training on regular policy updates, code of conduct, and leading annual enrollment/benefits coordination is also required. As a member of the local leadership team, Safety Leadership Team (SLT) participation is also mandatory. Follows compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and company policies.
