Angie is an exceptional trainer. I started with Angie when I was pregnant and continued with her after the baby was born. For someone looking to get fit, heal from an injury, or improve their overall health, Angie is perfect! I have been doing all three through a pregnancy and after, and the benefits are amazing! I highly recommend Angie as a trainer - especially if you are pregnant or just had a baby. She will work with your schedule and customize a workout specifically for you.

PE Teacher, Volleyball Scoreboard Operator & former Volleyball Director of Operations
-
Mar 2007 - Feb 2022
My ongoing relationship with the university began when I was director of operations for the women’s volleyball team. In addition to supporting the team and coaching staff year-round, I coordinated the university’s summer volleyball camps. I organized travel for the teams, on and off site tournaments and ordered gear. More important, I served as the liaison between our team and USC admin, our team and the public. Now I teach courses in the physical education department and work with three sports teams (basketball tennis and volleyball) specifically on yoga and mobility work. Show less

Volleyball Coach

Jan 2002 - Nov 2017
As a former volleyball player who competed internationally and was recruited by colleges, my time as a coach was particularly rewarding. I saw my players go on to compete in college themselves—including my daughter who is playing volleyball for Roanoke College. I coached for 16 years and now I teach volleyball for University of South Carolina physical education department. Managing employees and store operations, I gained important skills here that have helped me as a business owner. I learned about merchandising, resets and how to manage inventory and ordering. Each day, I balanced the safe and cash registers. Managing employees and store operations, I gained important skills here that have helped me as a business owner. Yes, I worked at McDonald's on and off from the summer of my eighth grade year until I graduated college. During this time, I also worked at Subway and Taco Bell, was a waitress at Chinese and Mexican restaurants was the dining room manager for Shoneys, so trust me when I say that I know what it's like to smell like grease and make $3.75 an hour.
