Prabhakar is a problem solver. His inputs to the most critical questions were always very valuable. He is very balanced when it comes to talking and his mind knows his words before they come out. That makes him different from the crowd. I can never stop admiring his superb sense of humor. He can put life into lifeless moments with his pun intended remarks. Glad to have been associated with him. If our respected PM starts a 'Chai pe charcha' series, he will make a great candidate for it.

Prabkhakar Jha is a one the of best professional that I have met and worked in my career so far. The person is extremely dedicated, hardworking and very impartial in his work. He is just too good with numbers and planning and always appreciates and takes feedback while doing any work. His knowledge on excel is second to none and his arguments are always supported by solid logic from behind. In my four years association with him, I have never seen him utter a single word which is out of the place. He is more than an asset to the organisation that he worked.
