Quinn is a great collaborator. He forges ahead under pressure, and is not afraid to speak his mind if he sees a roadblock on a project. He is quick to recognize and suggest alternative designs that would exceed expectations. More than any of those, he genuinely cares about the psychological safety of his peers. I liked working with Quinn and I think you will too.

Quinn was an excellent Peace Corps Volunteer who thrived despite the considerable obstacles he faced at his site. Quinn's analytical nature and thoughtful approach to situations always made him a valuable asset to his counterparts and fellow volunteers. However, what really sets Quinn apart from other Peace Corps volunteers is that he always managed to stay productive despite being faced with a number of challenges that the vast majority of Peace Corps Volunteers never even have to think about let alone deal with. Quinn was one of a very small group of IT volunteers trying to promote IT in a country where most of the population doesn’t even possess a basic understanding of IT. Despite the wide spread lack of IT understanding amongst those he worked with Quinn managed to experience a number of successes teaching basic programming in the classroom and providing on the job training to individual's working with servers at large information hubs in his region. It is for these reasons that I have no qualms about recommending Quinn for any position that he applies. I know he has the tenacity and mental acuity to succeed in any work environment that he is hired into.
