Hard working and passionate are the first two words that come to mind for Paul. He's knowledge in his field are unmatched. If you add Paul's passion to the mix and you've got an outstanding individual. Paul's been a very welcoming member of the Technical Centre and he is also a fantastic mentor and it's been a pleasure to work with him over the years.

Andy Lucas

Paul is an extremely proficient materials engineer. His technical knowledge is exceptional and he is always looking to improve and trial new ideas. He is also very accomplished when mentoring new members of the team and has a friendly demeanour to put people at ease. Having known and worked with Paul for many years, he has always been professional and he has successfully developed new materials that have out performed products from organisations with much larger technical departments.
