’Ridiculously efficient’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Vadim. I had the pleasure of working with Vadim for two years at Cytec Industries, collaborating on each day basis. I was particularly impressed by Vadim`s ability to handle even the toughest clients. That skill often takes years to develop among customer service professionals, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to him.
