Chris came through in completing a job that, unbeknownst to me, would require some extra legwork on his part. The job encountered a couple of snafus, which he handled gracefully on the sly. He never felt the need to communicate the barriers to getting it done on time - he just made it happen. More businesses should take a page from his work philosophy: to take on a challenge and bust your hump to take care of it - all while going above and beyond any initial expectations.
