I don't know what it is about managers and Disney, but I get so lucky when it comes to them. The amount of plate spinning Randy can do at any given time is extremely impressive. He managed the PhotoPass team which consisted of three platforms and five projects minimum. Often there were future projects being planned at the same time. He handled all of these projects with finesse, tactfulness and professionalism. He also had a knack for seeing the edge cases and working through them before they became a problem. His handling and tracking of projects is unmatched. While the handling of technical aspects was awe inspiring, his people handling skills is on a new level I haven't witnessed in my career. His has a unique ability to tailor his approach to each persons skillset and brings out the best in everyone while doing it. He was always available to help guide to make the team synergistic and grow into the best possible workers. TLDR; "Amazing and unparalleled"

Randy has been my manager at PhotoPass and I am privileged and honored to have worked under him. He is technically very strong and was instrumental in designing our PhotoPass web release guidelines. He worked very closely with the team to ensure that architectural decisions made had long term benefit for the application. In addition to his technical skills, what made him stand out is his leadership skills. He was genuinely interested is growing the talent of his team and assigned tasks to team members where they can grow, learn and succeed. This is what makes him a great manager.
