It’s my absolute pleasure to recommend J'Risha for any position! J'Risha joined my team, as she switched industries from higher education recruitment to the world of tech recruiting. Upon day one, she was immediately dialed in and ready to take everything in like a sponge. She is extremely driven and passionate about excelling in all she does. She is a team player, dependable and a true asset to any team. During our time at Concero, we were the only 2 remote employees with an HQ in Madison, WI. With most of our customers in the Bay Area, we had the opportunity to work onsite as contractors, which was an opportunity no one else in the company had. She and I began working on site with Envoy, and over time she developed the trust and long lasting partnerships with many of the hiring managers and employees. After some time, I was able to entrust her to run the account onsite without me, which is every managers dream! Although Concero is a 3rd party recruitment firm, much of our work emulated an in-house recruitment environment. She's well equipped to handle both in-house and agency recruitment! I do hope she is given the opportunity to continue her path in recruitment within the tech industry, as she really is a gem. If given the opportunity, she'll shine through the crowd and be one of the biggest contributors on your team!
