  WisdomKites prepares students for making most of the employment opportunities available to them. It offers courses specially designed to cater to the needs of students appearing for the campus placement process for jobs in the industry. As part of our services we conduct workshops and training programs to the students. With a strong belief that right training and support will enable students realize their true potential by bringing their skills up to the industry requirements; our efforts are to ensure that such platform is available to every student, irrespective of his or her current skill level. Faculty with several years of teaching experience will look after developing technical skills, while soft skill development sessions will be conducted by industry experts who actually participate in the recruitment process for multinational companies. Such a simulation of actual process will mentally prepare students for the real placement environment and boost their confidence. While we are helping students realize their true potential, we are also continuously exploring opportunities with companies to create employment opportunities for the students attending the courses. Our in house developed Learning Management Software will help the students to practice the tests from anywhere. This tool just not help the students but also helps the colleges to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the students. Comprehensive reporting system will enable the college to induce their efforts in right areas instead of spending time on all courses.
