Conceptualized and created from scratch, a brand-new division within the organization for Vocational Rehabilitation in 2017. Developed all processes related to a centric marketing plan that spanned the California region, enabling enrolments for SJDB counselors via a voucher triangle project. Project success was proven through the production of over $100k enrollment revenue, generated through 520+ transactions with an above 50% closing ratio within 37 months. Continuously improved processes and scaled operations to achieve $1m of enrolment sales within 3 years.
