  Responsible for operational maintenance, data integrity, testing, implementation, and management of Information Systems for the Department of Enrollment Services. CRM Implementation Lead for the Department of Enrollment Services. Lobbied, researched, and performed cost benefit analysis, leading to the purchase and implementation of a university wide CRM (TargetX powered by Salesforce). Migrated, cleaned and transformed application and prospect data from the SIS and outside inquiry, application and test sources to the CRM. Designed and maintained a new online application, inquiry forms, workflows and business processes. Served as Admissions lead and member of the university wide Student Information System (SIS) Steering Committee. Successfully transitioned admissions data and business practices from Datatel Colleague to PeopleSoft while hitting all target deadlines and maintaining under budget.   Led the development of a comprehensive and targeted national recruitment plan that led to a 23% increase in domestic admitted students from outside of New York.
