I and Mr. Tanveer Malik worked together at the USAID’s Pakistan District That Work (DTW) Project implemented by the Urban Institute Washington DC in Pakistan in 2008-09. He was engaged as Communication Advisor/Consultant and attached with the District Government Mansehra, which was badly affected by the earthquake 2005. Mr. Malik assisted the District Government administration in maintaining close liaison with the development partners working in the area as well as district government departments in undertaking the recovery and rehabilitation efforts in the earthquake affected areas.
