Paul helped me out with all of my questions concerning the Southside Tobacco Loan Forgiveness Program and I am also pleased with his timely responses to my questions.

Paul (Arnie) Farrar brings an abundance of energy to his work. He is dedicated to helping the young people of our region get an education, and he treats each case as if it is his only project. When Arnie coordinated the SEDI program at IALR, he was tireless in his promotion of the teacher workshops to teachers, and was great at getting press coverage for the programs.
