His strategic knowledge of Distribution can be well evidenced through his demonstrated abilities in expanding Large distribution networks in telecom as well as financial services , managing large Government & Retail partners and creating new start up businesses. The other special quality about him is his Relationship Management with Channel partners & Colleagues which is exceptional and an asset in any organization, even more so in matrix ones. He knows how to work in an influencing role without direct control too. And,what used to impress me also was his ability and desire to learn new things in his line of work.
