I manage rental properties I own with other partners, occasionally we will buy properties on spec. We are now going to enter a new phase . we are going to start to hold a small portfolio of mortgages that we will fund. I moved from NY to build a home in Florida as a full time resident, I also have a devolpomentaly disabled brother which I had to find a group home which was not easy .
