Rafael is the type of creative problem solver who is an asset to any team he crosses paths with. His ability to understand a situation and articulate it to others saves time and allows for appropriate planning to execute at the highest efficiency. Rafael is a knowledgeable salesman who does not shy away from challenges. I had the pleasure of working with Rafael and was able to witness him perform above his job title. He identified the need for a comprehensive CRM system to keep our sales team tied-in with each other. He performed research, took meetings with different CRM companies, and executed trainings with our sales team to increase the team's synergy and productivity. The long and short of it is Rafael is an employee who sees beyond his own plate and works towards elevating not just himself but the whole organization.
