Shane is talented system administrator. He is always willing to tackle a new challenge even if it isn't in his area of expertise. Shane made numerous contributions to the team while he was at Central 1. Notably, he automated our Linux server patching and was able to drop the patching frequency from bi-monthly to monthly. Another of his achievements was integrating a customized log rotation and compression scheme to securely upload the data for AWS. On the personal side, Shane accepts feedback well, is easy to work and is always looking to improve things.

I'll keep this short and sweet. Shane ranks high in both soft skills and technical ability. If you've worked in the IT industry then you would know this is something very hard to find. I am positive that Shane would be a great asset to any company no matter the role.
