I was responsible for the project of GSiK "intercultural competence" further the Case-Train-Division. My Tasks included creating a library of daily-routine situations. You were given a few situations in which you came into contact with private persons or collegues and how to avoid to create intercultural conflicts. Besides, i was also responsible for hosting lecturers/managers for our so called "GSiK-Tage" and create a proper environment for bigger events or meetings.
