Ryan managed our account relationship our first year with ROI DNA. He helped us manage a TON of change over the course of this year. We were moving from a previous agency, changing our goals from MQL to Pipeline, making more strategic use of 6Sense/ABM, and integrating programs across paid search, organic, display prospecting, and more. It could have made for a high-pressure environment, but Ryan always made time to check in on what was going on each week, brainstorm, and adjust the plans as needed. I doubt we would have been able to be so responsive and flexible had Ryan not been there keeping everything orderly and in line.
