I have known and worked with Madeleine for eight years. She has been an invaluable and integral part of out team. She is highly organized, flexible, conscientious and intelligent. She genuinely likes people and works well with everyone: board members, donors, artists, performers and event volunteers. She has a great attention to detail, but is always able to see the forest through the trees. She works well independently as well as collaboratively, and is a clear and effective manager of others. In short, she is just fabulous!
