My specialties are: 1) Preparing companies to become certified to the Business Working Responsibly Mark - Ireland's Certification on Responsible and Sustainable Business Practice.2) Working with companies to develop sustainable business strategies for business & stakeholder benefit.3) Engaging companies on the need to integrate sustainability into procurement to reduce risk of human rights infringements and to ensure their Tier 1 & 2 suppliers follow suit.4) Advising on best practice in Sustainability Reporting & Communications.In 2001, I developed Ireland's first ever advisory service on corporate responsibility (CR) measurement, communications and non-financial reporting. Since then I have been:• Building capacity in Ireland's most significant companies to strategise, communicate and benchmark their sustainability performance against best in class, globally. • Developing BITCI's service on Sustainable Procurement through the provision of advice and guidance on policy and the delivery of Workshops & Training for Management Teams, Procurement Personnel and Key Suppliers.
