  Employed holistic advising techniques in work with a cohort of 400+ students in the Undecided, General Studies, Interdisciplinary, and Science populations. Encouraged them towards on-track graduation, finding their individual version of success, and discovering the major and career to fit their goals and needs. With the larger Student Affairs division, worked to maintain a retention rate above 70% for the 2017-2020 cohort groups, even through the global pandemic, which greatly impacted the 2019 and 2020 cohorts. Strong Interest Inventory Certified Interpreter - performed over 50 career assessments with students over the 2021-2022 academic year, assisting students in learning more about how their interests can correspond to various career pathways. Utilized Strong Interest Inventory, O-net Online, and Occupational Outlook Handbook resources in each meeting and guided students to set SMART goals for the next steps in their career and major journey. Lectured for three courses: - UNIV 1020: Strategies for Success in Science Majors (2017-2018) - SUU 1020: Exploratory Studies, Major and Career Exploration (2019-2022) - INDS 2000: Introduction to Interdisciplinary Studies (2020-2022) As a member of the leadership team, overhauled and revamped a training program for new hires, including 4-6 weeks of specific scheduled trainings designed to help new advisors learn all parts of their new job. Created a committee to manage the ongoing improvements to this process. Supervised a team of 5 and acted as a mentor for the larger team of 20.
