Heather was an excellent mentor as the Vice President of Supply Chain for the Pettibone Heavy Equipment Group. She made my transition from Accounting management to Supply Chain management much smoother by providing a roadmap for me based on her experience and knowledge. Heather has many strong attributes: For me, her advice and support are the main reasons we are now a focused Supply Chain team instead of just a meandering purchasing group. I would recommend her to lead any department.

I reported to Heather for close to a year during her role as Vice President of Supply Chain for the Pettibone Heavy Equipment Group. During our time together, Heather lead the Supply Chain department through many process improvements and set the structure for success that the team currently posits. Heather brought her extensive experience managing global supply chains as well as her consulting perspectives to a relatively green department which lead to improvements in the fundamental methods for our operations. The major focus was to align the team with clear and concise directives for improving cash flow and inventory investment, a large scale product enhancement project and an increase in strategic supplier development. These are just a few of the highlights of Heather's tenure that supported the organization's continual improvements. As a leader of the department, Heather would recognize opportunities for the team to grow professionally and act as a mentor to her direct reports. Heather's work ethic and ability to manage both large and small teams make her a great asset to any organization and I highly recommend her.
