  In state and federal jurisdictions—including in difficult state jurisdictions such as Madison and St. Clair Counties in Illinois—I focus on matters alleging personal or catastrophic injury and wrongful death. I address damage issues such as life-care planning and vocational rehabilitation. The majority of my cases involve trucking and transportation companies, automobiles, forklifts, and other consumer and industrial equipment. I am available at a moment’s notice to work with field adjusters, accident reconstruction experts and other professionals for clients whose vehicles have been involved in accidents across Missouri and Illinois. For national pharmaceutical companies, I defend against alleged personal injury resulting from ingestion involving products such as Fixodent®, Fosomax™ and Vioxx™, which was one of the largest multi-district litigations in history. I also handle medical device implantation issues. My experience extends to the representation of publicly-traded companies in all phases of commercial litigation and general employment matters.
