I had the good fortune to meet Robin in 2011 when he was working at NSW Trade and Investment establishing the mobile Grants program. I was impressed from the outset with Robins knowledge, experience and intellect. He was and remains a supreme technologist with an excellent business mind. We established rapport instantly and some time later when i was looking for an experienced Program Manager to help me establish the Digital Excellence Program at the State Library, Robin applied and was successful in securing the role. I had nearly 2 very rewarding years working with Robin at the Library and i must say i learnt a lot from him. Hopefully I taught him a thing or too, but I feel very thankful to this day he saw the vision I had for the Digital Experience program and really ran with it and helped it be the success it is today. Congratulations to Robin now he has been confirmed in the Director's role - he will do an outstanding job under Alex's fine leadership I now.

Robin is a rare breed, he is an entrepreneur working in the government. This is evidenced by his creation and execution of the Collaborative Solutions program. This program is innovative and intelligent in it's own right and extremely important for the Australian startup community. Robin "gets it", he has a deep understanding of the process of commercialisation but importantly in a local and international context. He has a high level of integrity making it easy to do business with and through him. I am happy to recommend him to anyone and am enjoying working with him on our current Collaborative Solutions Project for the Australian Museum.
